Our first product is The Venture Capital Exchange we call the VCEX. It automates stock transfers between Small to Medium enterprise without requiring listing on the ASX or having to pay for a Registry Service.

Safesoft Ltd is incorporated as a company in the USA trading as Safesoft LLC Delaware under licence from Safesoft LTD Australia and are developing a version of the VCEX to SEC rules to be launched in 2020.
